We start by assigning a consultant to your trip, in order to build a personal working relationship. This allows our team at JD Destinations to maintain a high level of service and efficiency. It is one of the reasons why our clients become repeat clients; trusting us with their ongoing travel arrangements.
We only make money from the bookings you make with us, as the hotels, flights, transfers etc give us a commission. Our advice comes free, and we are usually the same price or less than booking online yourselves.
Your consultant is available to assist via phone, email or WhatsApp (whichever you prefer), and we provide you with a 24-hour emergency service pre, during and post travel.
Well in time before your travel date, we provide all of your documents, full itinerary and all the essential information required. We keep in touch with you throughout the trip, and well after you have returned home.
